cloth in the color of your choice with its custom built tables. 1.
The standard cloth provided at no additional charge is a 21 oz, 75% wool, cloth
from the Henry W.T. Mali Co.. Mali has been supplying high quality cloth for pool
tables since 1826. Click

an additional charge of $200 we will supply Simonis 860 worsted wool cloth. This
world famous cloth is manufactured in Belgium by the Iwan Simonis company, founded
in 1680. Worsted wool is preferable because the individual threads are wound tighter,
providing a tighter weave, higher thread count and greater durability. It eliminates
pilling and fuzzing, and resists developing grooves and tracks that can influence
the accuracy of play. Worsted wool is easier to clean and naturally repels liquid
spills and staining. The higher 85% wool content also minimizes ball burns. Click

can also supply cloth that has been chemically treated to resist spills (so-called
Scotch Guard or Teflon coated fabrics). We do not recommend these types of cloth
because the underlying fabrics are inferior to those offered above, and because
the chemical treatment adversely affects the performance of the cloth. Both of
the premium worsted wool cloths described above have similar stain resistant properties
without the disadvantages of chemical treatment.
