Convert your pool table into
a dining or conference table... Our dining/conference conversion
tops can be made to fit any pool table, but some tables are better suited than
others because their height can be adjusted and they offer more leg room. A standard
pool table with conversion top will be too high for comfortable seating (33"
to 34"), but the height of many of our custom tables can be reduced by 2"
to 3". The Lyrica, shown below, is the model best suited by design to accept
a dining/conference conversion top. 
The top is made of 3/4" thick solid hardwood (maple, oak, cherry or mahogany).
It consists of 4 sections which slide together and are aligned with brass pins.
On an 8 ft table, the overall dimension of the top is 60" x 103"; on
a 9 ft table 66" x 115". Along with the solid hardwood top we
provide a 2" thick vinyl covered hard styrofoam pad. The pad folds out to
protect the playing surface and provide support for the conversion top. We
also provide a heavy vinyl cover which is placed over the pad and covers the rails
and pockets. The cover protects the rails and pockets from scuffing, and also
protects against any spills that might seep through the table top. The cover has
a short 2" skirt that keeps it from being visible after the top is put in
place. Pockets can be shortened and inverted to hide them from sight. The
next photo shows the Lyrica with conversion top in place.
